As the artist I still maintain all and absolute rights to my works. This includes publishing the work on my socials, adding it as a part of my portfolio, etc.I have the rights to refuse your request if I feel uncomfortable or I am not able to work on it.Commissions are not first come, first served and will be selected according Skii's artistic preferences. Her entire effort and heart go into every work in order to deliver the best outcome for customers, so it helps to be inspired while working on your order.Therefore, it is NOT allowed:
EDIT, TRACE or MODIFY the final artwork. That includes removing the sign.Use the artwork in any blockchain-related technology, including NFTs, cryptocurrency, etc.Use the artwork to develop AI's systems and promote art theft.Depending on the order, it can take 2 weeks to 3 months to finish (in the worst-case scenario, which is not the usual, but it may happen). Deadlines and rush orders can be arranged with an additional fee.Do not rush or bombard me with messages pertaining to your order. Constant messaging is considered harassment and you will be blacklisted from future commissions for violating terms of service.COMMERCIAL USE
I will NOT charge extra fees for streaming/content use.I will charge extra fees for commercial use, e.g. art is the product, like posters, stickers, cards, shirts, phone covers, etc.INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
Neither commissioner nor anyone else is allowed to edit, trace, copy, or remove the watermark from the finished product.You are not allowed to claim my art as your own, even in the case of a paid comission.REFUNDS
You can request a 100% refund if I haven't started the sketch yet.You can request a 50% refund if you give up your order after receiving the sketch.You can no longer request a refund once I have started the lineart.I offer a 100% refund in case there is a problem on my part that prevents me from finishing your order.In case of a refund, the work done WILL NOT be delievered to the client.COMMISSION PROCESS
Once I get the payment, I'll add you to my list of orders in progress.When I start your order, I will send you a colored sketch for you to review and make any necessary changes.It may take a while to get to your commission due to my other personal obligations, so I appreciate your patience.After reviewing the sketch, I will finish your order and send you an animation update (if your order is animated) for a last review, if you want to change something at this stage, a fee will be charged.After all revisions and confirmations, I will send PNG and GIF files (for animated orders) with and without background and a smaller PNG or GIF file with watermark for you to post on your social medias.You can post the larger file without the watermark if you like, but you must credit me as the artist.BLACK-LIST POLICY
If you get blacklisted it means you cannot commission me, buy my products or adopts and, depending on the case, you will be blocked from all my social medias.Reasons that can lead a client to be blacklisted:
Disregard my terms of service.Ghosting.Attempt to scam.Harassment and any other type of disrespect towards me and my work.You can be blacklisted for 1 month, 6 months or forever. The criteria is decided by me and you can apply to reverse the situation if you think there has been any misunderstanding.PRIVACY POLICY
Miu Osaka will not use or share your personal information with anyone. The information that are collected will only be used to contact or identify you.
Miu Osaka do not employ any third-party companies or individuals, any information you share will be known to Miu Osaka and Miu Osaka alone.
